90-day warranty on the repair
If you proceed with the repair, diagnosis and the call-out are free. The advance payment is PLN 220 gross. If you decline the repair, the call-out costs PLN 220. The repair price is agreed after diagnosis.
Our repair work comes with a 90-day warranty. Include the brand, model and any error code in your request. We will agree the appointment and how to hand over the appliance when we contact you.

What to prepare before contacting us
Have a photo of the rating plate, the error code and details of the electricity supply ready for the conversation. For a combi oven, describe heating and steam problems separately. Tell us when staff can provide access to the equipment. Parts availability and the repair plan are confirmed for the specific model.

No. This service covers electric appliances only. Please provide the model and type of power supply.
